Timothy S. Bradley

Founder

Timothy S. Bradley is the founder of TSB Capital Advisors, a principal of TSB Realty and one of the leading experts in the student housing market. Student Housing Business magazine annually ranks Mr. Bradley among its “Industry Titans” and he’s been featured in National Real Estate Investor magazine, at the Interface Student Housing Conference, and at the National Multifamily Housing Council Student Housing Conference and Expo. Mr. Bradley is also an active member of the ULI Student Housing Council.

Mr. Bradley advises clients on the financing of all product types within the real estate sector. He specializes in structuring student housing deals that include private, off-campus transactions and public/private partnerships with colleges and universities via both conventional finance and taxable/tax-exempt bond financing. Additionally, Mr. Bradley provides consultation services for his clients on joint venture partnerships.

Prior to founding TSB Capital Advisors in 2009, Mr. Bradley served as a Senior Vice President at a Philadelphia-based investment banking firm where he was instrumental in the development and expansion of the firm’s core business.

Mr. Bradley received his B.A. from James Madison University in 2001.

Shawn D. Sweeney

 

Shawn is responsible for sourcing new business, analyzing transactions and managing the due diligence process for clients. Shawn has an in-depth knowledge of student housing, consulting on more than 200 transactions involving 100,000 beds at 60+ colleges and universities nationwide, representing over $10 billion in transaction volume.

Prior to joining TSB Capital Advisors and forming TSB Realty, Shawn worked as a Senior Vice President at a Philadelphia-based investment banking firm. While at the firm, he was involved in over $500 million in closed financings across multiple types of real estate.

Shawn received his M.B.A. from Temple University and his B.S. in Mathematics from the Pennsylvania State University.

Shawn D. Sweeney

 

Shawn is responsible for sourcing new business, analyzing transactions and managing the due diligence process for clients. Shawn has an in-depth knowledge of student housing, consulting on more than 200 transactions involving 100,000 beds at 60+ colleges and universities nationwide, representing over $10 billion in transaction volume.

Prior to joining TSB Capital Advisors and forming TSB Realty, Shawn worked as a Senior Vice President at a Philadelphia-based investment banking firm. While at the firm, he was involved in over $500 million in closed financings across multiple types of real estate.

Shawn received his M.B.A. from Temple University and his B.S. in Mathematics from the Pennsylvania State University.

Ian S. Bradley

 

Ian is responsible for managing some of TSB Capital’s largest and longest-standing relationships. He oversees the origination, analysis, and execution of capital solutions for development and acquisition of commercial real estate assets.

Ian has an in-depth knowledge of the student housing, build-to-rent, and conventional multifamily markets. Since joining TSB in 2012, he’s consulted on over 190 transactions nationwide, representing more than $15 billion in total transaction volume.

Ian graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2008.

Ian S. Bradley

 

Ian is responsible for managing some of TSB Capital’s largest and longest-standing relationships. He oversees the origination, analysis, and execution of capital solutions for development and acquisition of commercial real estate assets.

Ian has an in-depth knowledge of the student housing, build-to-rent, and conventional multifamily markets. Since joining TSB in 2012, he’s consulted on over 190 transactions nationwide, representing more than $15 billion in total transaction volume.

Steve R. Hovanec

 

Steve joined TSB Capital Advisors in 2018. He has over 15 years of valuation and underwriting experience in commercial real estate, earning the prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2014.

At TSB Capital, he is part of the capital markets consultation team responsible for sourcing new business and managing existing relationships. Steve has advised clients on more than $6 billion of total closed transaction volume.

Steve R. Hovanec

Austin W. Kinn

 

Austin is responsible for managing existing client relationships, analyzing transactions, and providing oversight of the due diligence process for clients.

Austin joined TSB Capital in 2014 and has an in-depth knowledge of student housing, having consulted on more than 50 transactions nationwide, representing over $2 billion in total transaction volume.

Austin W. Kinn

 

Austin is responsible for managing existing client relationships, analyzing transactions, and providing oversight of the due diligence process for clients.

Austin joined TSB Capital in 2014 and has an in-depth knowledge of student housing having consulted on more than 50 transactions nationwide, representing over $2 billion in total transaction volume.

Tyler Martin

 

Tyler joined TSB in 2018 and is responsible for managing client relationships, underwriting transactions, and overseeing the due diligence and marketing process for transactions nationwide. He has consulted on individual student housing sales, financing, and portfolio transactions, representing more than $2 billion in closed transaction volume.

Prior to TSB Capital Advisors, Tyler worked for over three years as a marketing analyst and associate at a regional, boutique multi-family brokerage in the Philadelphia area. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in PA (RS335311).

Tyler Martin

 

Tyler joined TSB in 2018 and is responsible for managing client relationships, underwriting transactions, and overseeing the due diligence and marketing process for transactions nationwide. He has consulted on individual student housing sales, financing, and portfolio transactions, representing more than $2 billion in closed transaction volume.

Prior to TSB Capital Advisors, Tyler worked for over three years as a marketing analyst and associate at a regional, boutique multi-family brokerage in the Philadelphia area. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in PA (RS335311).

Jacob Mart

 

Jacob joined TSB Capital Advisors in 2019. He has a decade of PERE experience, including asset management, acquisitions, investor relations, and debt originations.

At TSB Capital, Jacob is responsible for structured debt and equity consultation and analysis, managing existing client relationships, and overseeing the due diligence process for clients. He has consulted on over 30 transactions involving more than 20,000 beds in 27 markets nationwide, representing over $2.9 billion in total transaction volume.

Prior to joining TSB Capital, Jacob held positions at Square Mile Capital and Harbor Group International. He is a Veteran of the U.S. Navy and served with distinction in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Jacob Mart

 

Jacob joined TSB Capital Advisors in 2019. He has a decade of PERE experience, including asset management, acquisitions, investor relations, and debt originations.

At TSB Capital, Jacob is responsible for structured debt and equity consultation and analysis, managing existing client relationships, and overseeing the due diligence process for clients. He has consulted on over 30 transactions involving more than 20,000 beds in 27 markets nationwide, representing over $2.9 billion in total transaction volume.

Skylar Browning

Mike Rediker

 

Mike joined TSB Capital Advisors in 2021. At the firm he is responsible for managing client relationships, investment underwriting and analysis, overseeing the due diligence process, and market research.

Prior to TSB Capital Advisors, Mike worked at Colliers International as a Project Manager representing developers like the Ian Schrager Company and SK Development building luxury condos throughout New York City.

Mike graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hills’s Kenan-Flagler Business School earning an M.B.A. with concentrations in Real Estate Finance and Development in 2021. He also received a B.B.A from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School in 2012.

Mike Rediker

 

Mike joined TSB Capital Advisors in 2021. At the firm he is responsible for managing client relationships, investment underwriting and analysis, overseeing the due diligence process, and market research.

Prior to TSB Capital Advisors, Mike worked at Colliers International as a Project Manager representing developers like the Ian Schrager Company and SK Development building luxury condos throughout New York City.

Joseph Barrett

 

Joseph is responsible for managing existing client relationships, analyzing transactions, and providing oversight of the due diligence process for clients.

Prior to joining TSB Capital, Joseph held positions at Shelter Growth Capital Partners on the Commercial Real Estate Financing team and at Antheus Capital on the Acquisitions, Asset Management, and Development teams.

He graduated from Villanova University with a degree in Economics.

Joseph Barrett

 

Joseph is responsible for managing existing client relationships, analyzing transactions, and providing oversight of the due diligence process for clients.

Prior to joining TSB Capital, Joseph held positions at Shelter Growth Capital Partners on the Commercial Real Estate Financing team and at Antheus Capital on the Acquisitions, Asset Management, and Development teams.

Kevin Harrigan

 

Kevin is responsible for underwriting transactions, managing client relationships, and assisting with the due diligence and marketing process for transactions nationwide.

Prior to joining TSB, Kevin worked for more than 3 years in PricewaterhouseCoopers’s Real Estate Practice in New York City. He is a licensed CPA in New York and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Pennsylvania.

Kevin graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting.

Kevin Harrigan

 

Kevin is responsible for underwriting transactions, managing client relationships, and assisting with the due diligence and marketing process for transactions nationwide.

Prior to joining TSB, Kevin worked for more than 3 years in PricewaterhouseCoopers’s Real Estate Practice in New York City. He is a licensed CPA in New York and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Pennsylvania.

Kevin graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting.

Avery Rustad

 

Avery joined TSB Capital Advisors after graduating with distinction from the University of Minnesota. At TSB Capital Advisors, he is responsible for underwriting transactions and aiding the due diligence process.

Prior to TSB Capital Advisors, Avery worked as an Investment Analyst Intern at a boutique, owner/developer and full-service brokerage firm in Minneapolis.

Avery Rustad

 

Avery joined TSB Capital Advisors after graduating with distinction from the University of Minnesota. At TSB Capital Advisors, he is responsible for underwriting transactions and aiding the due diligence process.

Prior to TSB Capital Advisors, Avery worked as an Investment Analyst Intern at a boutique, owner/developer and full-service brokerage firm in Minneapolis.

McCaleb Murdock

 

McCaleb joined TSB Capital Advisors as an intern following his graduation from Arizona State University, where he majored in finance.

Since joining the firm full time, he specializes in underwriting deals, conducting advanced financial modeling, and performing extensive market research. He is responsible for debt and equity analysis, including inventory, absorption and supply pipeline, as well as rent and vacancy trends.

McCaleb Murdock

 

McCaleb joined TSB Capital Advisors as an intern following his graduation from Arizona State University, where he majored in finance.

Since joining the firm full-time, he specializes in underwriting deals, conducting advanced financial modeling, and performing extensive market research. He is responsible for debt and equity analysis, including inventory, absorption and supply pipeline, as well as rent and vacancy trends.

Prior to joining TSB Capital Advisors and TSB Realty, Ethan held positions with Penn Center Advisors and Rittenhouse Appraisals. While there he conducted significant commercial real estate appraisals for tax litigation and lending clients.

Ethan earned his degree in Finance from the Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University.

Sam is responsible for creating visual assets for transactions, events and marketing communications. Prior to joining TSB, he worked as a freelance graphic designer with an emphasis on building brand identity.

Sam graduated with a B.A. in Advertising from the University of Oregon and an A.A.S in Graphic Design from Platt College San Diego.
