Consulted on a joint venture partnership between Opus Development Company and Harrison Street Real Estate Partnership and assisted with construction financing on three new student housing developments: Dinkytown Apartments containing 140 units and 246 beds near the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis; IVY on Fourteenth containing 80 units and 165 beds near Marquette University in Milwaukee; and Varsity Quarters containing 72 units and 162 beds near the University of Wisconsin in Madison.
