Consulted in the successful sale of 27 student housing properties totaling more than 8,000 beds at 19 universities across the U.S. UCAL, the joint venture between University Communities LLC and the California State Teachers Retirement Fund (CalSTRS), sold the portfolio to Global Student Accommodation Group.
