PHOENIX, AZ – TSB Capital Advisors, the national leader in student housing and multifamily real estate advisory services, successfully arranged financing on behalf of Capstone Collegiate Communities for the construction of a new 165-unit, 532-bed luxury student housing property located adjacent to the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. A Fortune 100 insurance company provided the equity financing.

Located in the heart of Tucson’s vibrant Main Gate Square submarket and adjacent to the University of Arizona campus, the property will offer studio, one-, two-, three-, four-, five- and six-bedroom floor plans. Outdoor amenities are highlighted by a resort-style pool with sun deck, courtyard, grilling stations, covered kitchen and dining area, hammock lounge, and open green space. Indoor amenities include a 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center, cold plunge, sauna, tanning rooms, 24-hour clubhouse with games and social areas, private and group study lounges, multimedia room, and coffee bar.
The Tucson development is scheduled to deliver Fall 2027, in time for the 2027-2028 academic year.
